Privacy
This site has no signup forms or advertising trackers. Its own code does not set cookies or store browser identifiers. Hosting and security providers still process request data to deliver the site.
What this site does not collect
- No analytics. The site's application code includes no visitor analytics script or advertising pixel. Hosting-provider operational metrics are separate, as explained below.
- No cookies or storage identifiers. The site's own code sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage or session storage.
- No forms. There is no newsletter, contact form, account, comment box or checkout, so there is nowhere to enter personal information.
- No third-party embeds. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this site. Nothing from Instagram or any retailer is embedded.
What the hosting provider may process
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Its servers process basic request data such as IP address, requested page, time, and browser headers under Cloudflare's terms and privacy policy. The site operator may be able to view hosting operational metrics. The application does not create separate visitor profiles or send data to advertising platforms. Infrastructure may use security-related cookies where necessary.
Outgoing links
Some links leave this site:
- Retailer links (for example, the rom&nd product page) are ordinary links to the retailer's own website. They carry no affiliate or tracking parameters added by Scarlett. Once you are on the retailer's site, its privacy policy applies.
- Instagram links go directly to Instagram. Instagram's privacy policy applies there.
Outgoing links open in a new tab and use rel="noopener noreferrer", so the destination is not told which page you came from.
What the site's script does
The only script on the site powers the category filter on the home page. It shows and hides edit cards in your browser and updates a text status for screen readers. It makes no network requests and stores nothing.
Changes
If analytics or any other data processing is ever added, this page will be updated first and the change will be described plainly, including what is collected and why.
